the graveyards yawn

people shouting hate

who are trying to
rule the world

our president keeps saying he's gonna
"go after"
some person or some group of people
or some supposed
enemy

the whole planet is
hooked on
"terror"

outside
some dogs
are fighting

some are just
chasing their own
tails

and
all
of
us
are
bound
to
die

so
what
are we
so
afraid of?
